It was an amazing colorful place to see in Balat, like a magical place , we had a short stop there took 2 Turkish coffees and water and it was around 135 TL, the atmosphere was really nice and the service was good, the waiter was so kind and spoke English very well.

Balat is a nice peaceful area to visit. The rainbow stairs is more a socialites thing, then anything else of importance. Nice to take pictures. Drink a coffee below in the streets.

I came here after exploring the Colored Houses. Walked a few minutes to this place, took some photos before going inside. Enjoyed the ambiance and the food. Good service. People flock the place outside for photos. I hope they enjoy the café too.

Go take a look to satisfy your curiosity as I did. The steps etc. don’t look as good as the photos you see and there are so many people taking photos. I don’t recommend stopping to eat. The man in charge was unfriendly which is unusual here as the people are so nice. There wasn’t a menu in English so we didn’t know what to order and they couldn’t explain apart from one or two dishes. Strange as it’s a touristy area. The cafe next door was much prettier and there is a seating area under the walls which is cool. The surrounding area is so lovely to wander around but I don’t recommend stopping here.

Great cafeteria in the heart of the brightly colored Balat area, the colorful seating add a great atmosphere to the cafeteria, the service is a bit slow, but the colorful atmosphere covers this underperformance. You must visit this cafeteria when you come to Balat for sure!

It’s definitely one of those Instagram friendly places that you should visit when visiting Bakst neighbourhood. It’s cozy, and has too many spots for taking beautiful, colourful photographs. Unfortunately, unjustly higher prices come with this social media hype too.

We highly recommend this coffee shop in Balat. The place is so authentic and the turkish coffee is served with a portion of fig that came from the Fig tree in the Coffee itself! A must when in Balat

Overly hyped. Cafe is nice but sorrounding isnt. Too much crowd. Jard to take photo unless u came just after sunrise. Houses nearby are not that good as they look in pictures. You can easily give it a miss
